She held executive positions in the Pedro Gómez y Cía group for 14 years, Education Manager and Corporate Manager of Compensar (Colombian Fund of Compensation) for 11 years, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration of the Universidad del Rosario for 3 years and is now Country Director and Representative for Colombia of Purdue University (USA) since its foundation (6 years ago).

Senior management expert in organizational management and leadership processes with emphasis on the design and transformation of projects and start-up of new businesses. Consultant in leadership, culture and innovation competencies, strategic structuring and organizational efficiency, change processes, business loyalty programs, and corporate relational management. She directs the Leadership program of innovation and creativity competencies for the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation at SENA.
