Purdue International Scholars Academy
The Purdue International Scholars Academy, administered by the Office of Global Partnerships, serves as a resource for visiting J1 scholars at Purdue University to participate in professional development opportunities around campus, while immersing themselves in the Greater Lafayette Community.
As part of the International Scholars Academy, visiting J1 scholars can participate in one of our three professional development certificates of completion. Through attending a certain number of mostly on-campus activities and events, scholars will have the opportunity to meet the minimum required activities to receive the certificate.
By participating in the International Scholars Academy, scholars have the opportunity to further enrich their experience at Purdue and develop their professional skillset outside a research setting, while earning a professional development certificate of completion.
Scholars can sign-up to participate in the certificate of completion program through your MyISS portal.
Please find an overview of each certificate below.
